Vijai Karthick Selvam founded Teqtis Info Private Limited in 2020, a Chennai-based technology company specializing in high-quality PCB design, fabrication, assembly, and embedded software solutions. In partnership with Teqtis Americas Group, the company delivers end-to-end electronic product development — from concept and prototyping to box build — enabling clients to bring products to market efficiently and cost-effectively. Vijai previously served as Head of Engineering at a U.S.-based PCB manufacturing firm, where he built offshore operations from the ground up, overseeing team formation, process training, and infrastructure development. His expertise spans schematic design, PCB layout, firmware integration, and production management. Vijai also mentors engineers in PCB design and tooling processes to uphold industry best practices. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University.

Michael Moschides leads Teqtis Americas Group, the U.S. strategic partner to Teqtis Private Limited in India, connecting PCB manufacturing and embedded system design to capital markets and advanced technology applications. He is also the founder of Aptis Group, a New York-based investment firm established in 2013, focused on technology sectors including AI, blockchain, and fintech. Michael has extensive experience in finance and technology, having served as Global Head of Institutional Business at easyMarkets and led North American institutional growth at Saxo Bank, where he implemented API-based trading platforms across commodities and FX markets. As a registered Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) with the National Futures Association, he supports Teqtis’ strategic direction in aligning manufacturing innovation with capital access, risk management, and scalable financial infrastructure. He holds an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University and a BS in Economics from Bryant University.
